When i run the desktop administrator and then select the VoIP Monitor under the Enterprise Data Configuration, i got this pop up message "Could not get devices from Sync Service".
Then, i click "OK" and the "Default VoIP Monitor Server" filed got dimmed.
So, i would like to know if there were any way could fixed this problem.
Thanks!

One easy thing to check is if there are phones associated to the rmcm user. I have gotten this error, or one very similar to it, during an install when I was lazy and hadn't added phones yet.

Hi
I'm guessing from your other posts that you must have some phones associated as you have agents logging in?
Try going into System/Control Centre in AppAdmin, then click the dot next to the 'Desktop Sync Service', and restart it. It's safe to do this in-hours as long as it is done via AppAdmin.
Then wait a few minutes and try to force the sync again.
If it still fails, post up the most recent DirAccessSync* files from c:\program files\cisco\desktop\log on the server.
