RVS4000 UPnP Not Working

Model:

RVS4000

Firmware:

1.3.1.0

Problem:

UPnP devices are unable to dynamically configure port mappings.

Steps Taken:

Reset router to factory defaults.

Toggled UPnP on and off.

Other Notes:

UPnP discovery is successful but nothing can configure mappings.

RVS connected to a SGE2010P switch.

If you are using windows... goto your network i

con and double click it.

You should see an icon named Cisco VPN Router.

Right click it and choose enable. Then right click it again and choose properties.

Click on the settings button.

A window called Advanced Settings should open and you should see the  UPnP changes to your Gateway/Router. You can also add edit and delete these settings.
