Time in state Unkow when agent have calls

Hello I need to know why when I open CTI Toolkit with my supervisor the Team Real-Time a one agent have in "Time in State" UnKnow.

anyone can help me?

The time in state is counted by the client software. It can only start counting after an agent changes state. So when you first login to the supervisor, all agents will have an unknown time in state. Only after an agent changes state will it be able to track time for that state.
