cuvc 5100 not booting

hi,

i have just received from cisco demo depot cuvc 5100 which is not booting at all. the reset LED is red.

it hangs after 1% saying can't file a file (don't remember the exact name).

however keeping pressed RESET button for about 15 seconds moves me to some emergency mode and asks for LOGIN.

none admin,cisco or administrator username works.

does anyone have an idea what can be the username and password in that mode?

is there any chance to fix the cuvc without tac help?

i have found out that the username is 'root', but have no idea about a password.
