We have been using Mobile Communicator with Mobility Advantage version 7.1 for both. Everything has been working great. We recently noticed that when handing the call back to the desk phone from our iPhones, it is put on hold for only 1 second before the call is dropped. When we started using this application it was 4 seconds, and all documentation states it should be 4 seconds. Is there a parameter that was changed to shorten this value?
