Voice over help please

I have got a voice over ip project but dont know how to decide the right product and i am good at implementing and deploying

there are 500 users and 100 voice mails with exchange already in the network and establish network in single site design

Please suggest me th voice gateways and pvdms and call manager ,unity or unity connection

and have 12 co lines and 4 analog fax .

Could you implement the Call Manager 6.x or last with Unity Connection. Implement a Call Manager Publisher and other such as Subscriber. I belive that you can be use the gateway Cisco 2821 with 1 FXS - Four ports.
