The only reason I ask is that I don't see it specifically listed here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6788/vcallcon/ps4625/data_sheet_c78-567246.html
And not addressed in the FAQ either:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps4625/products_qanda_item09186a0080875c6f.shtml
I have a potential customer who currently has 100 phones, so w/ projected growth, a UC560 wont cut it. I'm looking at a 3845, and I'd like to save them a few bucks and get 502's and 504's. I did notice their phone loads were NOT in cme-150-1XA1.zip.
Thanks in advance,
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,
according to the FAQ here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6788/phones/ps9730/qanda_c67-466070.html
Cisco IP Phone 500 are supported only on Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series:

Just too add... SPA5xx runn either SIP or a version of SCCP we call SPCP. Its a tokenized version of SCCP which only works with UC500. It is not intended for use on CME ISRs or higher. The same with CP52x except it wont do SIP.
For investment protection, SPA5xx is reusable on managed (Hosted) IP PBX offerings.
