I have a WRVS4400N router that locks up a couple times a week.  It effects users by not allowing new ip connection and access to internet.  Rebooting router fixes problem but I have 40+ users that need reliable access to the network.  Please HELP!!

based on what I've seen of these routers,  I'd say the problem is,  you have 40 users on it.  It's a small business router.  40 users is too many for this router.  It's a glorified home router.  Sorry,  get something reliable like a fortigate 110!!!

I would check and ensure that you have the most current firmware available, when doing this the wrvs4400n has two hardware versions so make sure that you select the corect firmware for the hardware version you have. If that does not help corect the issue, please call in the SBSC for support at 866-606-1866. So we can get a case created and do some trouble shooting with you.

Kindest Regards,

Ray
