I have two sites that when calling off net to a site with Nortel, the nortel does not get any caller ID, while other called numbers get correct caller ID...ie cell phones, residences and other sites that are not Nortel. Any ideas as to what may be happening?

So, if you have:
1. mobile-phone_A call Nortel_A
2. mobile-phone_A call mobile-Phone_B
3. cisco_phone_A call mobile-Phone_B
4. cisco_phone_A call Nortel_A
What CLID presentation do you see? For example, "none", "7-digits", "10-digits", 50 digits, accurate CLID, inaccurate CLID, etc.
Is there a PSTN between cisco_phone_A and Nortel_A? Are we talking ISDN Q931?
Is there any reasons to suspect the Cisco CCM is the culprit in this scenario?
Regards,
Bill
