5508 does not register 1130 series APs

I have limited WLC knowledge, and I'm in a trouble...:)

my topology is simple :

1130 series LWAPs are connected 3560 series switches, and 3560 series access switches are connected 4948 series core switches.

5508 is connected directly to 4948,

I have also 1140 series APs, they are registered to 5508 with no problem and their state is "UP".

But 1130 series AP's state is "REG" and when I check "Status" page of 5508 registered AP number goes up then goes down.

Is there anyone who have experience with that kind of problem?

I attached some debug outputs etc.

Have you used the 1130 successfully before?  What's the error messages from the WLC?  Is your 1130 in the correct Regulatory Domain of the country?

did You solve that issue ? I'm having something similar ( in my case is DHCP related ) and I'm going crazy
