I'm considering using the Sup 6-E in some 4507RE switches. The Sup 5's I have now had a limitation regarding uplinks on the Sup cards where only 1 port on each sup was active at a given time with the second redundant port a standby. Is this the same case with the Sup 6-E?
Thanks
Roland

Hi Roland,
In Sup-6-E the ports on redundant Sups can be active at the same time.
Have a look at the data sheet:

This helped a lot. Would you have something like that for 6500 Sup720? Thank you.
