Can 3620 router use MEM3640-2x32D memory?

I have some 3620 routers, each of them have 2*MEM3600-16D installed. The document says it can hold up to 64MB DRAM.

If I want to get 64MB,will this layout work?

2*MEM3600-16D

1*MEM3640-2x32D (One 32MB memory)

In my view,3620 and 3640 shares the same kind of memory. However,I am not sure if 3620 supports 32MB in one slot,or if I can combine memory or not.

I notice at http://www.ciscomemoryupgrade.com/cisco_memory.asp?id=203&parent=0 ,

it says Memory Expansion Slots : 4 (2 banks of 2)  What's the difference between bank and slot?

Thanks.

Scroll down to table 8.  The four slots support 16 MB each for 64 MB total.

Here are the rules:

For the Cisco 3620 the following rules apply:

1. In order to use banks 2 and 3, the SIMMs in banks 0 and 1 must be identical.

2. The SIMMs in banks 0 and 1 must be the same size or greater then those SIMMs located in banks 2 and 3.

Look at Table 13 fo the possible configruations on a 3620.

Table 18 describes the contents of each Cisco memory upgrade product for these systems.  All of those for the 3620 consist of 16 MB (4 MBx32 bits) or smaller DIMMS and the MEM3640-32D= contains a single 32 MB DIMM (8 MBx32).

It is my understanding you can not use the 32 MB DIMM on this 3620 chassis.
