IP phones reseting in remote sites

Hi,

I`m facing an Issue where IP phones are reseting in certain Remote Locations together, What is the Best way to Diagonise this Problem.

You don't mention what you have, so I'll assume it's CUCM 8.X

Start by looking at the applog to see what reason CUCM logged for this.

If they're in a remote site there are good chances this is a connectivity issue and that you're missing keepalives
