Caller information display

I have a CME integrated with an Ancatel PBX 4400 (digital). if a call is made from a phone on the PBX to a phone on the CME, the caller information displays.But if a call is made from a phone on the CME to a phone on the PBX, the caller information does not display. I need to know what to do so that the coller information will dispaly in both cases.

How are the two systems connected, PRI?  If so, can you post a "debug isdn q931" for an ingress call (to CUCME) and a "debug isdn q931" for an egress call (from CUCME).
