We have one Cisco 7921G that is being used by our manager.   It is connected to our Wi-Fi end point in our office.  The distance range is not a problem since the phone is within the end point range.

He is complaining that during a LONG conversation, sometime the callers cannot hear him but he can hear the caller.  It is happening during a long conference call meeting and maybe it is also happening during long one to one long conversation like 30-60 minutes. It may not happen during short conversation

Is there any way that we can improve the audio quality?

or Is there any way that we can monitor the audio quality so we can troubleshoot or see any log when it happen?
