Call Manager, SPA525G, and Click to Call

We have a Cisco Unified Call Manager (System version: and a user wanted to try out the SPA525G phone, specifically for it's built-in BlueTooth functionality. Got the phone up and running as a SIP device, but now the user also wants to utilize 'Click to Call'. Have the latest version of the software, and everything looks good on the CCM side, but cannot select the 525G from CtC Preferences.

Can any tell me if there is a way to make it work? Perhaps even another utility? Or is this user SOL?
