Hi

When you click on each server, the list of services is displayed.

Next to each service is a small M(master) or S (slave).

The CCX Engine and Desktop Services will always run on the same node, and these are the actual call processing services.

The SQL services will always run on the publisher (first node) if that is alive, so even when running on the secondary, database updates are sent to the publisher/first node.

You can however restart the publisher when it is not 'master' for the CCX engine/desktop services without causing any interruption to callers and users.

Restarting the node with CCX Engine/desktop services will result in an interuption - all calls-in-scripts are dropped, and agents have to go 'ready' again.

Regards

Aaron

Would you know a way to check the master/slave status of a UCCX box from the CLI?
