Call to DID at a no answer state, voicemail answers " There is no mailbox associated with this extension. "

uc500-advipservicesk9-mz.124-11.XW6.bin

UC520 with 12.4

I have the DID in the primary E.164 number, deleted and re-created, restarted...  Users can call voicemail internal successfully.

Why not have the DID on the secondary number of the DN? For call forward, primary is used. If you do not have a E.164 alias in CUE, then you will have the problem in question.

The DID is the same as the extension (Example 1865 ) The E.164 has 1865 in it.

Any thoughts?

Some background:

Everything has been working fine for a while now.  The last thing that was done was around the same time, some bulk speed dial lists were added.  I thought that this might have caused it as the speed dial list had a prefix of 5.  Not thinking about it the pilot number of voicemail is 5555.  I removed this entry, but it still doesn't work.

Thank you in advance.

Can you provide a "debug voip dialpeer" and a "debug ccsip message" for the failed call into CUE?
