Cat 6513 Not Applicable Module

I have installed a new WS-X6816-GBIC card in slot 13 and i got this message:

%C6KPWR-SP-4-UNSUPPORTED: unsupported module in slot 13, power not allowed: The image for the card is not bundled in image.

I tried to reset the module (#hw-module module 13 reset) and i got this message:

% module 13 is operationally off (Linecard image not present)

Can you help with this?

–WS-F6K-DFC3BXL (adds 1.47 A@42 V)

–WS-F6K-DFC3B (adds 1.67 A@42 V)

–WS-F6K-DFC3A (adds 2.57 A@42 V)

•WS-X6816-GBIC requires WS-F6K-DFC for use with Supervisor Engine 2.

•In a 13-slot chassis, WS-X6816-GBIC is supported only in slots 9 through 13 and does not power up in other slots.

This card is not working now, the TAC gave me this card WS-X6816-GBIC

WS-F6K-DFC

and he told me the WS-X6816-DFC can be used as WS-X6816-GBIC with SUP 720 and there are no issues with it.
