Changing back to TPC and RRM

Unanswered Question

I will be upgrading our hospital network tomorrow evening from 6.0.188 to 6.0.196 due to some DCHP issues we have been having with some of our Cisco VoIP phones. TAC has raised the question why we aren't using TPC and RRM within our controllers. When we were on version 5 code we experienced issues with RRM placing most of the radios on the same channel and always at power level 1. I upgraded two of our remote offsites last night and the APs look to be working very well.

I have two questions:

1. When RRM decides that a channel change needs to be performed on an AP, do the attached clients lose connection briefly or is this a smooth transition?

2. Are you using RRM and have you been happy with it?

I have this problem too.
