utils system shutdown for cucm and unity connection.

Start...shut down in windows for unity.

As far as order of Ops. Shouldn't matter but I like to make sure I start the cucm pub first when power is restored. I would also shut it down last. But I have no tech reason for that. Just preference.

Hth.

Unity doesn't matter.  If you have failover, it's easier to shut down the failover first then the primary.  Then boot the primary first and failover server once primary is online and taking calls.

Thanks, I started the server with the Primary up first, seems to make things easier that way, I just waited 5 minutes between server startup.s

Thanks
