getting the voice mail message but light isn't turning red.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the response.  Very helpful link.

The problem turned out to be the partition for the MWI dn was missing in the CSS.  Pretty strange since we have many CSS for each locations.  The partition was in every other CSS.  TAC said they've never seen where something like that happened after an upgrade.
