Hello

I have this network layout in which I identify the cisco equipment installed.
The links between distribution and Nucleo are 10Gb and 1Gb distribution and fiber access.

The core are physically separated, the idea is to implement a datacenter backup.

My main concerns are:
Layer distribution. Not if you put two 3560 SD 12 switch configuring HSRP . Or install a single 4500 with redundant supervisor.

Nucleus: That device employment, 4510 or 6500.

Without going into intricacies here, I'd like to express my humble opinion about mixing 4500 (regardless of the supervisor engines) and 10Gb. My opinion is: Are you serious???

4500 legacy series linecard can push a maximum of 6Gb while "E" series linecard can do a maximum of 24Gb per slot. 4500 chassis is not designed to support more than 2 10Gb links. Data centre core switch? You're looking at the wrong model.

If you want true 10Gb links, then consider a 6500E chassis with Sup720. This model has a 40Gb cross-bar backplane. When you use a 6704-10Gb blade you get 1:1 ratio (10Gb).

It is such a waste to spend good money and get bad results.
