Hello,
How to increase voicemail storage of one user? This is for SPA400 (and SPA9000)
External callers get cut off very early, and I think we want total time of 60 seconds per message.
There is not many users (just 2~3) so storage is not a concern.

You can set this on Voicemail Server tab on the SPA400:

Thanks, we increased it to more.
Also, curious to know what is the total capacity of the default USB key for voicemail in seconds. i.e if we have total of 2 users, I would like to give as close to (max capacity) / (2) to each user.

NK,
Per page 110 of the SPA9000 Admin Guide: https://www.myciscocommunity.com/servlet/JiveServlet/previewBody/1750-102-1-2566/SPA9000_Voice_System_V6-1_AG_NC-WEB_200809.pdf
The provided 128-Mb USB drive can store more than 3.8 hours of messages (approximately 230 60-second messages). For example, with 10 voice mail users, each user can store up to 23 60-second messages. When disk capacity is reached, inbound voice mail deposit attempts are disconnected. If additional voice mail storage is required, please contact Linksys for recommended high-capacity USB drives.
You can also replace the USB key with a larger one if needed.
