How to get license info in Contact Center Enterprise 7.2

Hi

I’m wondering if there is some way to get the license info in Contact Center Enterprise solution version 7.2

I’m interested to know how many simultaneous agents can be at the same time in a UCCE solution.

I use the following SQL query against the AW/HDS. Run it on your busiest day - you probably know what day that is. Or just run it a few times for different days. Just adjust the @start variable.

declare @end datetime
set @start = '2010/05/17 0:00'
set @end = DATEADD(dd, 1, @start)

SELECT AHHAdjustedCount = MAX(AHHCount.AdjustedLoggedOn)
FROM  (SELECT DateTime,
              AgentsLoggedOn = Count(*),
              AdjustedLoggedOn = Ceiling(SUM(LoggedOnTimeToHalf)/1800.0)
       FROM  Agent_Half_Hour AS AHH
       WHERE DateTime >= @start
       AND DateTime < @end
       AND  AHH.MRDomainID = 1
       GROUP BY DateTime) AHHCount
