H323 packets dropped in inspection

Hi

I having cisco ASA 5520 running 8.3(1)

H323 packets getting dropeed while inspection.

can pl guide me , most urgent

You can do "debug h323" to see why the h323 packets are dropped if they are dropped by inspection.

Could you also do a show service-policy

to see if the inspection is really dropping this packets.

Yes, I have done both the options. 8.04 its working with out any issue.

But i wnat to run in 8.3.1 version.

It could be a translation issue as you migrate from 8.0 to 8.3.

I suggest a TAC case for them to investigate deeper.
