We have not rebooted the phone system yet, but rebooting phones has not provided a solution. Any ideas on cause or recommended troubleshooting method?
Also just found that when they tranfer caller direct to voicemail, call is terminated.

Can you provide a "debug voip dialpeer" and a "debug ccsip message" for a failed call into CUE?

Just to update, we determined that the sip provider had moved our customer to an "inband" network, we had them move them back to an " out of band" provider and the DTMF problems went away. The sip provider is saying there is something wrong with our Call manager. It was setup with all of the latest software availble as of 3/05/2010. Could there be any problems with CME? They are saying our customer is the only one of their clients that are having any problem. Everything is working normally as of this moment.

apparrently "fast busy when trying to access voice mail" was related to improper signalling from keypad, which was a dtmf issure related to the "inband" sip provider. Please see original post for symptoms.
