Listening in on another user's SIP conversation

Unanswered Question

A potential customer is running an Asterisk system.  They say they have the capability to drop in unnoticed on other user's SIP conversations.  An application for this would be a call center where the supervisor wants to listen in and assess an employee without the employee knowing the supervisor is on the line.

Can the UC500 do anything like this?

I have this problem too.
