ECC Variables Not Populating in CAD during Outbound Reservation

I've got an intermittent issue when I am trying to do an Outbound Campaign with Preview or Preview Direct.  What is happening is that the ECC variables are not always showing up in the Enterprise Data window so I am then not able to Accept, Reject, Skip, etc as the buttons are greyed out and I am stuck in an infinite Hold state.  All of the BA ECC Variables are assigned to the default layout.  I am using UCCE 7.5(7) and CAD 7.5(6).  I can't figure out why sometimes the data is there an other times it's not?

In my opinion, BAAccountNumber is the only reliable one on the reservation call. I stick with that and do a client side lookup.
