IPIVR/IPCC Express BACKUP username/password change

Hello, everyone,

Just a quick question for those who have done it before, From IPIVR 7, if I change the password/username for the back up, will that work immedidately or we have to recycle some process to make it work?

Hi apple

The change will be immediate, as the system will check if the login name/password is correct so there is no reset required.
