RVL200 SSL-VPN ERR98 on log in

I have RVL200 with latest firmware for Windows 7.

Windows 7 OS

IE8 browser

Enabled all security changes in IE as per RVL200 guide.

Added SSL-VPN site address to Trusted Sites

Installed Cert in Trusted Root Cert store

Allowed popups and cookies for SSL-VPN site IP

Enabled SSL20 and SSL30 in IE8.

I can remotely log in as administrator and administer router.

Attempt to login as USER SSLVPN results in RVL200?ERR98

Any suggestions?

Problem traced to RVL200 Firewall > SSL-VPN

changed to DISABLED

during firmware upgrade.
