Attendant Console ->CCM7.1 Several Problems

After migrating a customer from callmanager 4.2 to 7.1, we have reinstalled the new cisco attendant console (AC7.1.0_c)from the plugging page.

Then we have reconfigured everything and it seems to work properly except that we have the following problems :

On main office  we have a Pilot Point and 2 receptionists (each one has an AC which is linked to an ipphone )

=> If we set the broadcast mode with queuing then : ipphone is not ringing anymore, receptionist can only see the incoming call on the "AC broadcast call"

=> if we set circular mode , phone is ringing BUT only one call is seen on the "call control" and the other incoming call receives a busy tone...

What we would like is to see all the incoming calls in the AC

ps: all the AC , services.. have already been rebooted
