Cisco Presence Upgrade

Hi Guys,

         I am looking at upgrading Cisco presence version 6.0.3 for one of my customer. I need someone to point to the right direction where i can find document on

1) What features i will loose or get after upgrade to 7.0x version.

2) What is the procedure to upgrade.

3) Compatability matrix for 7.0x..( Which version AD, CUCM, CUP client things like that)

1> You should ideally not lose any features you already have after upgrading to 7.0.x. Please refer to the release notes of CUPS 7.0 for more info:
