Outbound Option Dialing Time

Hi guys,

i was wondering about the outbound option dialing time... basicly in your expirience how long does it take the dialer to dial a number once it starts and for the dialed phone to start ringing...

i ask this because i have a feeling our dialer is dialing too slow... it takes from 17 - 20 seconds till the customer phone rings... and when dialing manualy from CAD the customer phone starts ringing in 5 seconds most...

since i do not have that much expirience i would like to hear your thoughts on this...

No, not really, I think your Dialer is behaving normally. There's a lot of things the poor Dialer needs to do when you upload a contact list and it takes some time.
