CUCM Backup issue

Hi all,

Our customer got CUCM (System version: 7.1.3.30000-1) cluster with one publisher and a couple of subscribers. When trying to do backup, I get the following message:

Status:

ERROR: , Backup Completed...

I don't see any other "error message". For the rest the cluster is working fine.

I hope someone can help me to solve this issue.

Thanks.

Regards,

Ysana

You need to look at DRS logs for further details of what could be wrong

Hi Java,

Thanks for your reply.

I've already checked the log files and I don't see any error there. I'm attached two screenshots of DRS logs and you can see that it says "SUCCESS" with all files. I've opened all those file and didn't find any error at all. Please let me know if I have to check somewhere else for the logs.

Thanks.

Hi Ysana,

It's a long time ago, but maybe another one could use the info too... me? :-)

I run freeFTPd on a Windows 7 Client and had the same problem.

freeFTPd uses "C:\Program Files\freeFTPd\sftproot" as destination folder and this one is readonly.

My lesson learned:

If...

- Entering a Backup Device succeeds

- Backup seems to have no apparent problem

- BUT I encounter "Error: Backup Completed"

-> Check the settings of the destination folder (must be writeable).

Cheers,

Martin
