CUEAC - when trying to park a call, caller hears ringing and call disappears from console

When an operator answers the call and then tries to park the call, the call disappears from the CUEAC

console and caller hears ringing that never goes anywhere. CTI port is registered with CUCM and this did work at some point.

Any ideas?

Same with hold all of a sudden. When the operator puts someone on hold, the call disappears from the console and the call goes to some magical place where it just rings.

Sounds like a CSS/Partition or a CODEC problem, did you find the fix for this?
