ARC Console Issue not able to transfer

I have just installed Ver3.1.1.142 however on the console the options to  transfer etc are grayed out, and when I right click on the call I can  not transfer at all. Any ideas to point me in the right direction.

Hi Richard,

I remember reading about this type of issue with an answer from an ARC rep, he talked about this being

related to the CTI integration - CTI Route Points & CTI ports etc?
