For the UC500, is there an option of setting up a VPN type phone that can connect back to the UC500 over the Internet without having to have a VPN router or firewall initiate a VPN back to the UC?
For example, Avaya 9600 VPN phones have the ability to do that. Thanks.

This is exactly what I'm looking for, thank you.
I'm following the instructions, but I'm stuck on installing SSL Client. I get "Error in copying package file....." I attached a picture of the error.
I tried installing these 2 packages; get same error:
anyconnect-win-2.5.0217-k9
anyconnect-win-2.4.1012-k9
Any ideas?

I figured it out. Since I have a different IP for the UC540, I was not able to reach the 10.1.10.0/30 Network. I added a route on my PC, and now I'm good. SSL installed correctly.
Now I launch the wizard and I get a new error: Error null: There are at least 1 SPA 525G Phone not reachable, but there definitely is one reachable. I rebooted the phone and same error.

I've seen that too. Rediscover topology in cca and retry please.

Stupid question, but I don't see a specific option to "rediscover topology". Can you show me where that is? Thanks.

Figured it out, same fix as the first one with the local route needed on my PC, need to be able to access the phone on the 10.1.1.0/24 network.

Dual nic is something we should avoid with cca, since it also needs to
route to 10.1.10.0/24 as well or cue configs won't make it down. Be
careful. Disable wireless nic when using cca.

It's on the top toolbar of cca window... Two green refresh arrows in a
single icon.

Rob - Here's another thread that provides just a little more info about the 79xx SSL support for UC500.
