Incoming Call Issues

Hello

I have a small location using cisco 1760, where is only 3 ip phones attach to our main call manager 6.1. The issue is when someone call to that office and pickup the phone at the moment they closed the call the routes stay with both line busy and for relase the lines the need to reboot the routers, since is a small office the router has a connection plar configure with the extention of the recepcion extension.

Hi Yancy,

Could you please provide the answers to the following questions:

1. is the Cisco 1760 router acting as MGCP or H.323 Gateway?

2. What is the call flow? Is the issue happening with calls from the PSTN? or is it happening for internal calls also?

Does the call flow looks something like this below:

CUCM--------1760------FXO---PSTN

3. Please send me the output of the following debugs from a particular call.

1. debug voice ccapi inout

2. debug vpm signal

3. debug voip vtsp all

4. Sh tech(from the gateway)

5. sh voice port summary

Please do mention the Called as well as Calling number.

At this point of time, it seems to be a issue with FXO supervisory disconnect.

also there's a network diagram when you can see that between the remote site and the main site is a H323 gateway.
