Yes you can do policy based routing with the use of protocol binding to a load balancing WAN interface, see the two screen shots below;

You may notice Art that with policy binding I can specify the service I wish to tie to which WAN interface.  Since there are two WAN interfaces on the SA500 family therefore you can define which service goes out over which WAN interface.  Sorta the same as policy based routing, but easier to configure.
