Hi,
We just bought an SA 540 and before start to use it we decided to upgrade the firmware to the version sa500-k9-1.1.42.img
We started the procedure for the upgrade, and after that we could never access the router again.
Whenever we switch the power on it, the diag led and the power led are always lit, and we cannot telnet, hhtp, ssh, ntohing to the router.
Any help on that?
IS there a way i can restore the firmware through USB stick?
Thanks

I had the same problem and I returned the product to the distributor. Interesting nobody replying to this message. It seems the SA500 series is not a robust solution for business, it follows the same old problem we used to have with linksys products: high failure rate, lack of good support, unstable network solutions....
Hope someone from Cisco help on your matter!
