I have a site running 7941 phones in CME 7.0. Our site is reporting that when they resume a called placed on Hold, the phone will go blank after 3-4 seconds. The phone will then come back up (Does not register like a complete hard boot). The call no longer appears on the phone, but teh call is never disconnected on the fxo port and it stays active. The caller on the other end states that they can still hear our site talking even though the phone is blank. Our site can call the customer back and it will pick the original call back up. This happens to multiple phones at our location. I see no ethernet ports dropping in the log file.
