I have been building a Cisco Contact Center Express version 7 lab on VMWare and came across a snag. I installed Call Manager CME version 7 and all that works, I had a couple of small issues installing UCCX on VMware but got through them with some great online help. My problem is script editor. I managed to create all the parts to make the Auto Attendant script and that worked fine. Any scripts using “Contact” from the palette section of script editor gives me an error of “Task:xxxxxxxxx AcceptStep: Trigger is not a ContactApplicationTrigger” when I step through the script with script editor debug. I attached a screen shot. Thanks for your help in advanced.

Hi,
well, yes, because during this kind of a debugging session, no Contact object exists.
If I were you, I would use the Reactive script function of the script editor. Try it out.
