PRI Delay

Hey guys --

I am in the process of deploying a remote site with centralized CCM and Unity Connection.

My problem is that we must use the PSTN to route Voicemail, no WAN calls.  That said, we have RDNIS going, and all is well, however, when I press the messages button, there is a 3 second delay before the voice channel is opened (after the call has been rerouted).

Basically, instead of hearing "Please enter your PIN, followed by #".  Instead you hear, "N, followed by #"

We thought the issue was due to RDNIS; however, we hear the same exact message when  just dialing the unity pilot directly, via the PSTN.

Is there a way to buffer the first few seconds of voice on the PRI when dialing this number so that the users can hear the entire message?

Any other thoughts would be appreciated.

Please let me know.

Thanks,

Ohamien

Nevermind.  I neglected to search first this time.

A solution was found here:

Thanks!
