UNITY 7.0 : Asking for ID when checking VM from same extension

Hi all

I have Unity 7.0 in my environment. All phonesare running extension mobility when i check my VM it asks for ID even if i do it from the same extension. It asks for both User ID as well as Password which should not come if it is checked from the same Extension. Any idea what might be the issue ?

Check for any changes in the Call Routing rule,from Cisco Unity SA Webpage.

Use the call viewer to find out exactly what Unity is receiving.

As mentioned it could be someone creating call routing rules, it could be someone changed the VM mask
