Is it possible with CUPS to replicate EM, when a user logs off their device, can the CUPS client show logged off or unvailable. Is there an app which can do this?

Following on

A user has a  CUPS Client on their P.C which shows the presence of other CUPS users, as we know If a user changes their presence state in the client to unavailable, it is replicated to other CUPS client so If I`m monitoring another CUPS client I will see the state change. We as a company make use of Extension Mobility  however CUPS does not replicate this change- it seems only Client state changes. What we are after is for the client to replicate the state of handset- any one see this ?

thanks

The only thing that CUPS takes from UCM for the user's presence is the On the Phone status.

Offline/Unavailable is set purely based on CUPC or IPPM not being logged; or, the user setting themselves to invisible. If this is the state the user wants to broadcast, then they should close CUPC or go invisible (appear offline).
