We have one user who's voicemail is not working correctly
User can receive voicemails from interal call manager users. However if an external caller (PRI call)
leaves a messages (they get the users greeting and can leave a message) but there is no record of the user leaving the
message when the voicemail box is checked.
We tested this using a mobile phone and left multiple messages for the user but no alert
is sent or MWI and if the user checks their voicemail there are no new messages.
We've recreated the user multiple times cheked unity server permissions on mailbox, marked for reimport into unity but it still doesn't work
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
