Is there a tool or application that can generate documentation / Call Flow charts of UCCX 7.0 Script Editor Scripts?

Hi,
nothing I am aware of, but if you are interested, we may try to create one After all, it's just about reverse engineering Java bytecode.

Hi,
Create one you say? Is that how we can make a million bucks? All it takes is a good idea...(:
All kidding aside I wonder how conceptually complex scripts get documented, send the documentation to the business for acceptance, then to script savvy people to write them, and finally testing?
Sounds like an easy million bucks to me.

Hi,
no kidding: I manage a large enterprise grade contact center and I need to submit the call flow scheme all time, either because something has changed or just for "fun" (I mean call center people like asking for these schemes all time).
What I do is really simple:
1. I make myself a large cup of coffee,
2. I draw the scheme using Gliffy and/or Google Docs,
3. I send it to the customer,
4. I charge the customer the appropriate sum of money
Have fun,
G.
