We had a consultant install our Cisco UCM system (we have upgraded once and are running 7.1.3 now). I am now learning and administering the system but I have never added a whole new site phones and all. I have installed lots of phones and mailboxes with Unity but my problem is with the higher level pieces.
I know that I have to set up a new region, MRGL, Location, SRST Reference, Physical Location, Device Mobility Group, along with all of the call routing and device information. My question is that when I try to get started it is like the begat verses in the Bible. When I open up one of these items to add it has other things that I needed to add before hand. Is there anything available that will give me a "pecking order" of entries that I have to make when setting up a new site for Call Manager and Unity too for that matter.
