Hi Friends,
I want to move a port from one vlan to another vlan in cisco CAT OS.. Can you help me to move it.
Eg :
Port Gi8/12
Current vlan Vlan 2
Needs to move Vlan 5
Pls send me the command reference book for CAT OS

Hello Tamilvan,
set vlan 5 8/12
it is very easy to change vlan for a port in CatOS
set vlan new_vlan# mod#/port#
you can check with
sh vlan 5
port 8/12 should be listed among ports in vlan 5
the vlan must exist already.
